Reviews and Ratings
Our stay was fantastic overall! The Grand Mercure had a wonderful atmosphere with professional and helpful staff. The proximity to AlHaram made our pilgrimage seamless. However, during prayer times, the lifts got quite busy which can be a tad frustrating. We also found the dining options for main meals to be relatively pricey, although breakfast was delightful.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the religious site, and the room was spacious and clean. However, I encountered significant issues with the service, particularly during breakfast, and I found the bathrooms to be quite dangerous for young children. Overall, it's a decent option for budget travelers, but it's not without its drawbacks.
Our stay was quite satisfactory, thanks to the spacious and clean rooms, which offered us comfort and a modern design. The location couldn't be more convenient, just a short stroll to Masjid Al Nabawi. However, the dining options were somewhat limited and could use an improvement. Overall, we found good value in our stay, but attention to certain service aspects could enhance the experience further.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, with its excellent location just a short walk from Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, which made it super convenient for prayers. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, though the lift situation was a downside as they were under repair. The dining options, particularly breakfast, were impressive but became a little monotonous after a few days. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great service and value for money.
My stay at this hotel was quite mixed. It boasted an excellent location just a short walk from Gate 16 to the mosque, which was a huge plus. However, the rooms themselves were somewhat dated and cramped. While the staff were courteous and attentive, the overall service could use some improvement, especially regarding efficiency. The breakfast buffet was decent but nothing extraordinary. Overall, it's a decent option for the location, but it's not without its flaws.
